The brewery at Steelhead is a 15 barrel JV
Northwest system. It has (5) fermenters and (6) serving tanks.

The brewery is kind of a "fish bowl" because it is
enclosed with glass walls. Many customer stop to watch the brewers
producing some good beer, while others are endlessly fascinated with somebody
hosing the floor.
The mash tun is on the right, and the kettle on the
left. The controls for the pumps and kettle heat are in the middle of the
two. The kettle is gas fired.
 Here
are pictures of the fermenters (right) and the serving tanks (left). All
are 15 barrels, and all are visible from the restaurant and from the bar.
The brewers can serve an extra beer out of kegs when they need
to also.
