Speakeasy produces many beers throughout the year.  There are a few 'standard' brews that they always have, and some other not-so-standard brews.

Prohibition - A wonderfully hoppy, amber style ale.  This one probably can't be categorized (they won an award in the IPA category).  The best fit would be an American Red, or a Pale.  It has a great hop character - very bitter, very aromatic - and a very clean, kind of dry malt character.  Prominent Chinook and Cascade aromas.

Big Daddy IPA - The big brother of Prohibition.  This one is lighter in color, but higher in alcohol.  It's also a little bit more bitter and has a strong Columbus (or Tomahawk) hop profile.  The "Proby" and The "Daddy" are awesome San Francisco brews that I can't say enough about.  From the first sniff, you'll know you've found the right beer for you.

Satchmo Stout - A classic foreign or sweet stout.  Rich in roasted flavors and very full in body.

Untouchable Pale Ale -  This is similar to the Big Daddy, but lighter in alcohol and a different hop profile.  But it is very bitter and makes a great session beer.

Godfather - A barley wine style beer.  It's a little lighter than some (under 10%), but has all the flavor and taste you would expect from a barley wine.
