The beers are all authentic German lagers.  They are very consistent and quite nice to drink.

Beers are half liters that are served in 22oz glasses, allowing for a large, crowning head - a "proper" presentation.  Beers are $4.  Seasonals all have their own glasses (also available for purchase).

The styles are:

Pilsener - A good, easy drinking, slightly hoppy pilsener.  26 BU's, about 5.3%

Marzen - Very sweet, malty, red colored beer.  Low hop character, about 6%.

Dunkles - Maybe the most authentic beer available.  Made with mostly German Munich malt and a little black malt for color, this beer gives a great malt aroma and taste.  Even though it's the darkest beer in color, it's the lightest in alcohol at about 5%.

Blonde Bock - This is a heavy hitter - popular at happy hour time and on Fridays.  It's a 7% beer that is light in color, and a big body.

Seasonals:

Winter Bock - A very big, malty, and dark bock style beer.  It's very similar to the Dunkles, only stronger - about 7.5%.  Available in December through January.

Maibock - A bock beer that is very similar to the Marzen, only a touch darker.  It's a bock, so it's about 6.5%.  Available in May.

Hefeweizen - An authentic German beer!  Very phenolic (banana-clove), about half wheat.  Served in big tall glasses - no lemon on the glass (it doesn't look good?), so ask for it.  5.5%

Fest Beer - Another beer that is very similar to the Marzen.  Raise a liter to celebrate Oktoberfest!
