Construction has begun for the new outdoor patio.  It will be in the back of the building.  Since the building is a landmark, it can't be modified, so an entirely new structure will be built.

Beach Chalet won a 1st and a 3rd at the California State Fair.  The 1st was for the Belgian Trippel and the 3rd was for the Porter.
