Beers tend to be much more on the maltier side than most San Francisco breweries.  And the Brittish ale yeast that is used offers a fruity, malty finish to the beers.

Belgian Wit - Very light and refreshing wheat beer.  Very phenolic aroma and taste and very cloudy.  High carbonation and light body make this a very refreshing beer.  This is a great example of this style

Belgian Brown - Not much like a typical British Brown at all.  Scott says it's 6.3%, but it tastes a little stronger.  It's brown in color, but it doesn't have the characteristic brown ale flavor profile.  Slightly estery and fruity.  Not very phenolic like the Wit.  Belgian Special B malt adds a lot to the taste of this beer.

Belgian Trippel - This is a big 8.9% beer.  Estery and fruity.  Slight phenolics.  Very nice finishing beer.  Similar in style to a barley wine, but not quite as strong, a little lighter in body (brown sugar and candi sugar are included in the recipe (that's traditional Belgian)), and a little more phenolic due to the authentic Belgian yeast.
